EMBA Study Tour (17-24 April 2016)
IIBD organised a one-week study tour programme for 30 EMBA students and faculty members from California State University, Fresno from 17-24 April 2016. They attended 5 seminars at HKBU, and visited 4 organisations; namely, ASB Biodiesel (Hong Kong) Limited, Invest Hong Kong, Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and DHL Central Asia Hub to learn about the local business environment and success stories of these companies. Students also enjoyed cultural excursions in Hong Kong and Macau.
MBA Study Tour (18 June - 1 July 2016)
A group of MBA students from California State University Fresno, USA participated in a 2-week study tour programme in HKBU. Apart from courses conducted by their faculty, they attended three panel discussions about human resources issues in Hong Kong and China. Two company visits, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited and Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, had been arranged to enrich their learning experience.
Undergraduates Study Tour (23 June - 7 July 2012)
About 100 students and faculty of California State University Fresno participated in the study tour programme from 23 June – 7 July 2012. They attended lectures at HKBU. IIBD arranged two corporate visits one of which was Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, cultural excursion to Macau and a Dialogue Session with Business Leaders for the delegation.
